Riverside Animal Hospital… Celebrating 15 Years!

By Stacy Case

With such a friendly atmosphere from the moment you open the door, it may come as no surprise that Riverside Animal Hospital has stood the test of time and has celebrated its 15th anniversary this summer. So if you aspire to be a future vet in an animal hospital like this, career schools like the Colorado vet tech schools are commendable.

The hospital offers a myriad of services for your furry friend, and has recently welcomed a new veterinarian to its practice. Doctors Wayne Crance and Brad Dawson have now incorporated the expertise of Dr. Michael Hannwacker to create even more opportunities for the first class care of your four legged babies. Such furry babies can also benefit from other services like that home from home dog boarding.

From basic grooming and boarding services to digital radiology, laser spaying/neutering surgeries and more, Riverside Animal Hospital may very well be your pet’s own spa and primary care physician.Considered a small animal practice, they only service dogs and cats, but  certainly run the gamete of many veterinary needs including, but not limited to, diagnostics, microchipping, dentistry and emergency services.

The hospital’s positive reputation over the years is certainly no coincidence, as it results from the professional staff’s hard work and dedication to the health and well-being of every pet. From the friendliness and efficiency at the front desk to the cleanliness in the operating rooms, this Riverside Animal Hospital meets every client’s expectations.

“We offer a friendly, full-service experience where your pet always comes first,” says Gail Crance, office manager/owner at Riverside Animal Hospital. “We’re a high quality practicing animal hospital in a nurturing environment, and we carry very high standards to meet the criteria to be AAHA-certified (American Animal Hospital Association).” She continues with a warm smile, “We really pride ourselves on our services and our staff.”

That’s just what the doctor ordered for Jean Catts as she offers a testimonial about her ongoing Riverside Animal Hospital experience. Jean’s opinion is more than just that of an ordinary consumer, as she volunteers for a cat rescue group, The Cat Network. She frequently calls upon RAH’s services to take care of them in order for them to be adopted out.

“They’re the most caring, compassionate people to take care of pets,” says Jean, of Parkland, who brings her personal cats and a couple of dogs to them as well. “They don’t give up on taking care of any of the animals, especially the ones who they volunteer to treat. They also continue to learn many of the up and coming veterinary skills in order to stay as current as possible.”

Over its 15 year stint as an animal care facility, Riverside Animal Hospital prides itself on being involved on a local level.

“We like to be part of this city and have loved being in Coral Springs all this time,” adds Gail. “We’ve lived in Coral Springs for a while and are very active in this community.”

Riverside Animal Hospital is located at 8008 Wiles Road, Coral Springs 33067.  954-575-7915.
