September Family in Focus: Meet the Cintrons

Meet the Cintrons Coral Springs residents Mindy and Angel are busy parents and grandparents who are thrilled to raise their family in our beautiful and prosperous town. Their two youngest kids are Macey, 10, and Warren, 7. Angel’s oldest children are Rebecca, 30, Raquel, 25, and Moriah, 17, a senior at JP Taravella High School. A Coral Springs Softball teammate when she was younger, Moriah plans to attend college and go into the Navy. She stays busy going to school and taking online classes.

Macey and Warren attend Calvary Christian Academy, where Macey is in 5th grade and cites Math and Art as her favorite subjects. The creative gene must be a family thing because Warren likes Computers and Art the most in his 2nd grade class. Macey is an honor roll student and active softball player, pitching and playing first base for an Elite Team called the Gold Coast Hurricanes. Recently selected for the USA Select Elite, she was invited to play in a tournament at ESPN Disney World Wide of Sports. She also plays in the Coral Springs Soccer Program and has participated as part of the rec swim team at the Coral Springs Aquatic Center. Warren wrestles with the WRECS program at Coral Glades High School and also plays in the Coral Springs Soccer Program and plays Baseball.

Mindy and Angel are both Realtors on the RIB Team at RE/MAX Parkcreek. Angel works part time for the United States Postal Service. He is also US Marine Corps Veteran.

The couple both volunteer much of their time coaching, Mindy with the Gold Coast Hurricanes 10 u softball team. Most recently they won both USSSA South Florida State Championship and NSA State Championship, finishing 4th in the Nation at the USFA World Series. Angel volunteered as a soccer coach for the Youth Soccer Program. He previously played in the Coral Springs Men’s baseball league.

A close-knit and warm bunch, the Cintrons have two dogs, Bella and Delicious. When the family isn’t at the softball field, Mindy says they enjoy going to the beach, riding bikes and traveling. With she and Angel being natives of the cold north, Mindy says, ” We enjoy the weather here. It allows us to be outdoors, active and close to our family. We really appreciate all of the local parks too!”

For Angel and Mindy it is always family first. Mindy elucidates that point when asked about the career she is so passionate about and focused on. “We are a family team and we get to help families find and follow their dreams. I am passionate in everything I do from coaching the kids on the field to helping a family buy or sell their next home. I am truly blessed to have such an amazing career in Real Estate and such a wonderful family!”

The Cintron Family attends services at Church by the Glades.
