What if everyone including you was actually one of a kind, created for some great necessity on this planet, needed for the survival and betterment of your era and many generations to follow? Would you think differently of your day to day? What if your blueprint was the only one of its kind, a needed piece of the universal puzzle?
In my life, travels, and work I have finally stumbled across a truth that changes everything that I have ever known or thought to have understood. Throughout my life I have been on a quest, a journey, an adventure to discover what life was all about. To discover how my life fits or does not fit into the bigger picture. This has been a fun ride at some points… and a troubling one at times.
The result of acknowledging the journey I have been on has had profound effects in my life. Once I paused long enough to think about this I was able to receive a great gift that had been waiting for me. I was created for something specific. You were also created for something incredible, something no one else can bring to this world.
Your day dreams or fantasies that involve helping others with your skill sets are much more than dreams. They are actually the seeds that have been planted in your mind and heart that are there for your discovery. The brave will not stop searching until they capture what their dream is all about. Once they understand their dream and take ownership of it, then and only then will their life become a great journey filled with excitement and purpose.
Have you ever thought, “There must be more to my life”? Or have you given up on yourself and the things you once dreamed about?
I want to encourage you to take some time today and think about your life. Think about what you would like to accomplish with your days on this planet. Think about how your life could have a positive influence on your community, your family, and your workplace.
If you want more out of life and are willing to take the time to invest in yourself, you will discover that your life matters. You will discover that no one else can fill your shoes and that the world needs you to show up and give generously with the talents you posses. Ultimately, you will discover the “You” that you desire to be, the “You” that you need to be, and most importantly, the “You” that you were created to be.
You are the only person that can discover what your life is all about. Will you give yourself the opportunity to discover your purpose?
