Coral Springs Oktoberfest – Saturday, October 4 From 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Oktoberfest will feature authentic German fare and Bavarian treats. As with any traditional Oktoberfest there will be a beer garden serving up a variety of Bavarian beers and German wines. Adults 21+ are reminded to please drink responsibly. Free parking is available in the City Hall parking garage. New this year, a ride share service drop off lane will be located on Sample Road, near 94th Avenue (behind the main stage). Parkland Dash– Sunday, October 12The Dash kicks off at 7:00 a.m. at Pine Trails Park, 10555 Trails End. This year we’re running with purpose, benefiting RUN 4 BEIGEL, a non-profit organization that honors the life and legacy of Scott J. Beigel The Parkland Dash is for everyone – runners, walkers, and spectators – with a 1-mile walk, 5K run, or 5-mile run.Registration ends on October 11th at 11:59pm EDT. Parkland pumpkin patch – Sunday, October 18 to Thursday, October 23 Weekends: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekdays: 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Held at the Equestrian Center. Come celebrate fall at the Parkland Pumpkin Patch! Families can stroll through the patch to find the perfect pumpkin, enjoy a petting zoo, & capture memories at our fall-themed photo zones. Parkland Halloween festival – Friday, October 24 Held at the Equestrian Center from 5:30 PM–7:30 PM. Don’t forget to wear your favorite costume and join us for an exciting night of trunks and treats. Coral Springs-Parkland Firefighters Cancer Awareness Pasta Dinner – Saturday, October 25 Annual Cancer Awareness Pasta Dinner hosted at Fire Station #80. An $8.00 donation includes pasta & meatballs, bread and a beverage. Proceeds benefiting the Coral Springs Professional Firefighters Benevolent Association and other local charities. Parkland Farmers’ Market Starts- Sun, November 2 Held from 9 AM to 1 PM, enjoy the Parkland Farmers’ Market at the Equestrian Center, 8350 Ranch Rd. Customers will be able to purchase items such as fresh and organic vegetables, fruits, herbs, beautiful flowers, breads, pastries and other baked goods. We also feature a variety of gourmet foods such as jam, honey, dips, sauces, fresh pasta, cheese, and pickles. Our market is dog friendly so don’t forget to visit our pet vendors.
