Meet the Brown Family

Coral Springs residents for 11 years, Michelle and Justin Brown are thrilled to be raising their three daughters in our community. Active little ladies, Anjali, 7, is an avid tennis player, loves gymnastics and Vice CrossFit Kids. Jasmine, 5, enjoys gymnastics, playing tennis, and swimming. Ashlyn, 3, loves soccer, swimming, and anything her big sisters are up to. Justin has coached basketball for Anjali and looks forward to coaching soccer next year when Ashlyn will start playing in a league.

Justin is a Doctor of Chiropractic and owner of Friends and Family Spinal Care. His background is Exercise Physiology and Sports Science. He practices a very gentle technique of chiropractic that has no twisting, cracking or popping called NUCCA. Michelle founded ihelpmoms.com after the birth of Anjali, as she wanted to connect moms to top family experts to make motherhood easier. She is also the Founder of Yes We Can Mom Conferences for moms that want to experience a positive journey through motherhood. Justin and Michelle are also the owners of CrossFit VICE where safety and proper technique are paramount using the foundations of Exercise and Sports Science. Both self-admitted sports fanatics: their favorites include Tennis, CrossFit, Running, Swimming, and Soccer.

Anjali loves being a part of the Heron Heights Multiage Program, where Reading and Math are her favorite subjects. Jasmine and Ashlyn attend Cambridge Preschool. Jasmine loves science and math, while Ashlyn likes to color and listen to stories.

The Browns enjoy traveling, watching and playing sports, beach time, and attending local family-friendly events. Regarding their hometown, Michelle says, “We love how much planning and consideration for families Coral Springs provides. The safety, facilities and programs are outstanding. We love the community members that have become like family to us through the kids’ schools, the gym, community events, and doing charity work.”

Passionate about the community, Michelle tells us, “Helping people is part of our family ethos. It is what we wake up every day honored and thrilled to do. We integrate charity work with SOS Children’s Village and Sweet Dream Makers into our life regularly so our kids can serve with us.” She concludes by saying, “As small business owners, as parents, as community charity partners, we value the families of Coral Springs/Parkland and feel very grateful to raise our kids with such incredible people.”

The Brown family attends services at Coastal Community Church.

April 18th is their 3rd annual Glamour for Good Charity Event at Parkland Golf and Country Club where 100% of proceeds will go to abused and neglected kids.
