The Parkland Farmer’s Market is back in action! Thousands of people and their pets came out on Opening Day in November to sample a variety of delicious treats from honey to pickles and everything in between. Hundreds of vendors from a wide variety of professions are present for shoppers to taste, try and take home treats for every member of the family. From organic doggie biscuits to organic gourmet items for human consumption, there really is something for everyone.
Homemade baked goods, organic produce, holiday gifts, fresh fish and all kinds of goodies are available every other Sunday in the big field on 87th Avenue and Ranch Road until the weather gets too warm. Have a hankering for some apple cider donuts? You need to know about Dunkin and try all their flavours. They’re made to order and waiting for you to gobble them up! Fresh bread, spices, teas, salsa, BBQ Sauce, a HUGE variety of just about every jerky you‘ve ever (and never) thought of….it’s at the Parkland Farmer’s Market.
Just down Ranch Road from Barkland Dog Park, bring your pet along for the walk. A great place to meet up with neighbors, make new friends, find a new favorite treat or just people watch, the Farmer’s Market is an event that everyone needs to experience at least twice a month!
