Want To Be Happy? Plan On It.

John Lennon said that “Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans.” Too often people manage to plan for the worst-case scenario   without also preparing for the best. Savings alone may not be the answer.

If you believe that happiness is knowing that you ALREADY have whatever you need, here are some rules of thumb to ensure you cannot simply afford to live – but can live happily.

1) Be financially prepared for what will bring you happiness. Sure, there may not be enough cash to sail the world on your yacht, but you can still make plans to fund the good times. Determine what you need to survive, but also make appropriate financial choices to get you to a happier place as well.
* Simply keep a running list of adventures and experiences that will bring you closer to family, friends, nature, your hobbies, etc. Indulge in fun satta king games for the fun and thrill of it. Those who are looking to win excellent cash rewards may place a bet in UFABET.

2) Don’t attempt to buy happiness.  IT NEVER WORKS. When people are unhappy they often try to use their money to soothe themselves by making major purchases that have no lasting benefits. This only depletes savings and causes additional financial worry.
* Focus on the experiences and relationships that will fulfill you – not on what you can purchase.

3) Stay “well.”  Many of us grew up hearing that hard work will ensure a secure and happy future for ourselves and our families. This may be true, but do not let it come at the expense of your health. At best, poor health depletes your assets and, at worst, it can shorten an otherwise fulfilling life. Joining a gym or getting  a trainer may cost a few dollars, but good health is priceless.
* Exercising 4-5 days per week will change your life for the better!

It is wise to insure your finances for what can go wrong, but do it so you can enjoy what goes right. In fact, online courses like Invest Diva course may pique your interest.
