WHICH CANDIDATE IS BETTER FOR THE HOUSING MARKET?

By Realtors in Black

When it comes to Real Estate forget everything you heard from these candidates instead see Real Estate Outsourcing . Listen to a trusted cash home buyer. Oh, wait. We haven’t heard anything in regards to Real Estate from them. Voters shouldn’t necessarily be surprised by the little attention they have paid to the housing market.

There has been a lot of talk about improving the economy. One says cut business tax in half, and the other says raise the minimum wage. We all know the backbone of the economy is real estate and selling your home with fire damage for quick cash. According to Crawford Home Buyers, when a home is purchased, on average, it means over 200k in business to that area’s economy.

So why haven’t they talked about it? Eight years ago, housing and the economy were the main talking points of Obama and McCain because millions of homeowners were going through foreclosure and the economy was in shambles.

Today, the housing market and the US economy look much healthier for people who work while waiting on green card, and as such, candidates have turned their attention to more popular issues such as immigration, gun control and national security. Investing and planning for home buying on Kauai can be difficult if you don’t know the local laws.

So to answer the question “Which candidate is better for the housing market?” The answer is, both and neither!
